We all have beautiful childhood memories of RuneScape gold playing at Gielinor Not because some giant company sold us a product, but because three brothers shared a passion and parents who believed in them. They are the ones we should be grateful to for our memories, not superiors at Amazon and Activision Blizzard.
Steamforged Games is announcing the formation of a partnership with the developers Jagex in order to launch RuneScape to tablet computers later this year. The MMORPG will get not just one but two tablestop versions: a game board game and a tabletop rpg game. The board game will be available on Kickstarter early in the year, while the tabletop RPG is set to go to retail stores.
Both games will draw inspiration from RuneScape's fantasy world, Gielinor. The games will feature some of the same characters, stories and locales which the MMORPG has made famous over its long time. The game on the board will take between five and five players on an adventure based on quests through the world of Gielinor.
In the announcement of Steamforged the players are expected to "craft and upgrade equipment to improve their character, create special recipes, interact with buy old school runescape gold NPCs, and test their abilities exploring different regions of the globe". Just as with the game, players will come across side-quests to complete the world of the game.
